The software application, automation workflows, and calculation tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. SMS & Delivery Reliability

While FlowPilotly routes notifications through premium carrier pipelines, SMS delivery is subject to carrier coverage, network congestion, 10DLC trust scores, and mobile service reception.

We cannot guarantee that every text dispatch, quote notification, or invoice link will be received by the recipient instantaneously or at all. We are not responsible for any losses arising from delayed or failed message delivery.

3. Financial Transactions

FlowPilotly coordinates checkout links and invoice status via Stripe. Any transaction disputes, fraud alerts, card chargebacks, or bank transfer failures fall under Stripe's platform agreement and are the sole responsibility of your business. FlowPilotly does not hold, manage, or guarantee transaction funds.

Any success stories, case studies, or metrics shown on our marketing pages are examples of what other contracting businesses have achieved. We make no guarantee that you will achieve similar results, reduce administration time by a specific margin, or increase conversion rates by using our tools.
