1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and FlowPilotly Inc. concerning your access to and use of the FlowPilotly platform and dashboard.
By registering an account and using the service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Use of Service & SMS Compliance
Our platform enables dispatch and quoting communication via SMS:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your clients consent to receiving transactional SMS updates.
- You must comply with 10DLC regulations and provide accurate business details for carrier registration during onboarding.
- You agree not to send spam, marketing blasts, or content that violates carrier policy rules.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Subscription details, billing parameters, and cancellations:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
- 14-Day Free Trial: Full features are accessible for 14 days without card authorization. Active subscriptions start only upon explicit confirmation.
- Cancellation: You can cancel month-to-month subscriptions at any time with two clicks inside your dashboard. Data export is supported for 90 days post-cancellation.
4. Limitation of Liability
FlowPilotly is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or carrier routing failures.
