Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At FlowPilotly, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds requested after the 14-day window will be handled on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of FlowPilotly.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees depending on your location. FlowPilotly is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation will stop any future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • SMS Credit top-ups that have already been consumed.
  • Custom development or onboarding services (unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement).
  • Prorated amounts for partially used months after the initial 14-day window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page or email us at support@flowpilotly.com. Please include your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
